Project Management

Nestled in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Urban Office merges raw structure with refined design. Custom carpentry by local artisans blends seamlessly with iconic pieces, such as Vitra chairs and a signature designer table, creating a space where intentionality meets warmth. Every detail—from the curated color palette to the bespoke furnishings—reflects a deep respect for craft and context, resulting in an environment that feels both timeless and distinctly personal.

A canvas for creation.
A project that emerges as a renewal, a gathering, and a reinvention of a space designed to foster new technological mediums. The place had to become a blank canvas, a stage where users feel a constant creative impulse—an environment conceived to generate, to imagine, to create.

Light as a guide.
The functionality of the space is perceived the moment one crosses the threshold. Natural light becomes the thread that organizes and distributes each area. Open spaces breathe amplitude yet are subtly defined by minimal elements that direct the gaze. Enclosed booths remain permeable to brightness and to the continuous movement of the city. A configuration that balances openness and privacy, shaping a work environment suited to a contemporary company.

Material neutrality.
The color palette and selection of materials were conceived as a serene, neutral canvas that enhances creativity. Wood, crafted by local artisans, brings warmth and grounding. Glass provides transparency and continuity, carrying natural light into every corner. Black acts as a unifying force, weaving coherence and order. Balance was always the commitment: a neutral space where life and ideas provide the true color.

Functionality through design.
The furniture becomes a language in itself: chairs designed by Charles & Ray Eames and produced by Vitra, stools by the Spanish brand STUA, bespoke tables by Andreu World, Bang & Olufsen speakers, multifunctional Quooker taps, and the iconic chairs by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen for Fredericia. Each piece answers a practical need while also embodying an aesthetic vision. Trusting in design is not a superficial gesture, but the assurance of creating timeless spaces—where beauty and functionality engage in natural dialogue.
