Functionality.
The starting point of the project was clear: to maximize the potential of a limited space. A meticulous analysis of movement flow—both for staff and clients—made it possible to redefine the layout with millimetric precision. Every decision responded to a specific need: adding an additional service counter for peak hours, expanding storage capacity, and ensuring a smoother, more organized circulation. Designing the space with functional awareness transformed the pharmacy’s internal rhythm: daily activity now unfolds with efficiency, ease, and harmony.

Neutrality.
The pharmacy had remained anchored in the past, making modernization and spatial neutrality essential. The new design aims to refocus attention on the customer—product experience, using a balanced palette of honest materials: wood, glass, steel and concrete. Warm tones of wood and limewashed whites interact with the clean transparency of glass and the muted greys of concrete, shaping a space that feels bright, welcoming and contemporary. An environment that speaks a more human and familiar language—aligned with the essence of the place.

Technology.
The integration of new technological tools was key to achieving greater efficiency and service quality. Touchscreens by BD Rowa allow the display of a vast product range within a compact space, while CS&M Farmatic’s automated payment systems and Timedi’s personalized dispensing services (SPD) bring agility and precision to daily operations. These innovations drive a pharmacy that evolves with its time, seamlessly blending technology with human warmth and care.
